Behind the Blog

Hello! Welcome to my blog!

I’m Danielle – a 20-something year old who lives life to its fullest while still trying to maintain a healthy balance of fun, health, fitness, and sweet treats. On this blog I share my passion for fitness, delicious and healthy recipes, and a few sweet treats every now and then! I believe in order to live a healthy life one must indulge in the occasional treat, whether that be a piece of chocolate or a new pair of running shoes!

I have been involved in sports for as long as I can remember. I am a lover of running, CrossFit, and yoga.

I understand the importance of living a healthy lifestyle and the impact that fitness and nutrition have and I want to share it with others. I try to eat meals that are Paleo a majority of the time and truly believe that it is one of the best ways of eating, however, I am not going to pass up a piece of chocolate cake every now and then. I believe that everyone should enjoy good food and love the life they live.

I have recently moved to the Sunshine State with my boyfriend, Jon. You will most likely find us attending sporting events, laying out on the beach, or playing with our fur babies, Hazel and George. (P.S. You can follow the cats on their Instagram for more fun!)

In addition to food and fitness, I am a lover of my fur babies, good wine, strong coffee, crafting, shopping, traveling, and photography. I also love my readers and hearing their voices so please tweetFacebook, pin, or Instagram with me!

Thanks for stopping by - I hope you will be back for more!

I am not a registered dietician or a personal trainer. The views I express are mine, based on my own experiences, and should not be taken as medical advice. The workouts and meals I post are right for me but may not be right for you. Please speak with a medical professional before making any changes to your current routine.
