I hope all of you have been having a great week! I have been busy with the summer semester winding down and working out! I was so busy for awhile that working out wasn't a priority. I am going to Cali to visit family soon so I am making it a goal to do some sort of running every day and a plank a day! If you want to stay up to date with my progress you can via Twitter.
